Returns window
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
Items must be in the same condition you received them—unused, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
How to start a return
Email support@tryrevivalhealth.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions and an RMA. Do not send items back without an RMA.
Where to send returns
Returns must be sent to our returns address (provided after approval). Items sent to any other address may be refused.
Return shipping costs

Change of mind / doesn’t fit: Customer pays return postage.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item received: We cover return postage or provide a prepaid label.
Inspection & refund
We’ll inspect your return within 5 business days of receipt and notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or receiving proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier). Your bank/card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
For the fastest service, return the item (once approved) and place a new order for the desired item/colour.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately with photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.

UK/EU cooling-off period
If your order is delivered to the UK/EU, you may cancel for any reason within 14 days of delivery. You then have 14 days from notifying us to return the item. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of return). You’re responsible for return postage for change-of-mind cancellations.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and Consumer Contracts Regulations/EU equivalents, including the 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods for a full refund.
