SECTION 25 – LIFETIME WARRANTY

Atarxia stands behind the quality of its products with a Lifetime Quality Warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Covered issues include faulty stitching, abnormal colour bleeding, or severe pilling under normal use.

Warranty claims process:

  • Email support@atarxiashop.com with your order number, clear photos or video evidence of the defect, and a brief description of the issue.

  • We may request confirmation that the product has been cared for in accordance with our Wash & Care Guide.

What is not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised alterations, stains, odours, pet damage, or damage caused by improper washing or drying.

Resolution:
If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the item at no cost. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement or a partial refund at our discretion.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Your statutory rights under consumer protection law remain unaffected.
